Blankplots Trend Viewer
A browser-based trend viewer for semiconductor equipment logs, part
of the Blankplots platform.
Import CSV log files from your tools, plot any signal across runs,
and compare behavior between tools and recipes.
The viewer is local-first: imported files are parsed and stored in
your browser, and your data never leaves your machine.
